Recipe for canned salad for the winter

Ingredients:
- eggplants - 1 kg.
- tomatoes - 1 kg.
- sweet pepper - 0.5 kg.
- onions - 0.3 kg.
- garlic - 5 cloves
- salt - 1 tbsp.
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- water - 50 ml.
- oil - 120 ml.
- vinegar - 90 ml.

Eggplant for salad preparation

1. Chop the vegetables, add salt, sugar, water and oil.
2. Cook for 10 minutes.

3. Add vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes.
