Vegetable kebab on skewers in 15 minutes
A kebab doesn't have to be meat; a vegetable skewer can be a great alternative to a meat dish. If you marinate the vegetables well and properly, you will get a delicious diet kebab.
FoodOboz has prepared for you a delicious recipe for the marinade and the vegetable skewers themselves, which is prepared very quickly and will become one of your favorite dishes.
Ingredients:
- cherry tomatoes – 5-6 pcs
- zucchini – 1 pc
- red onion – 6-8 pcs
- carrots – 1-2 pcs
- young potatoes – 5-7 pcs
- pine nuts – 2 tbsp
- olive oil – 200 ml
- garlic – 3 cloves
- rosemary – 2 sprigs
- salt, pepper – 0.5 tsp
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp
- skewers – more than 10 pcs
Method of preparation:
- Skewers need to be soaked in cold water.
- Wash the vegetables, cut them into large slices, and thread them on the skewers.
- Make the sauce: mix olive oil with garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, and herbs, and mix well or whisk in a blender.
- Pour the prepared sauce over the vegetables and set aside to roast for 10-15 minutes.
It is worth noting that this kebab can even be fried in the microwave.
