Vegetable casserole ratatouille: how to quickly prepare a hearty dish
Ratatouilleis an extremely tasty casserole that can be made using all the vegetables you have in the fridge. Combined with a spicy tomato sauce, it makes a very satisfying dish.
Food blogger Victoria (muliar_viktoria) shareda recipe for vegetable ratatouille on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- zucchini - 1 pc
- eggplant - 1 pc
- tomatoes - 3 pcs
For the sauce:
- pepper - 1 pc
- onion - 1 pc
- tomatoes - 2 pcs
- garlic - 1 clove
- spices
Method of preparation:
1. Cut zucchini, eggplant, and tomatoes into thin round slices.
2. Prepare sauce. Peel the tomatoes.
3. Dice the rest of the vegetables.
4. Stew all the vegetables in a frying pan.
5. Add spices at the end.
6. Whisk the prepared vegetable mass with a blender.
7. Pour the resulting sauce into a baking dish.
8. Add the vegetables.
9. Bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
