- water - 500 ml
- flour - 250 g
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- baking soda - a tip of a knife
- salt - a pinch
- Boil the water and cool it down. Leave it a little hot, so it will mix better with the flour.
- Sift the flour, then add the salt, sugar and baking soda. Mix well.
- Pour the water into the flour in small portions, stirring constantly with a whisk. The dough should have the consistency of liquid sour cream. If the dough is too thick, add more water.
- Let the dough stand for 15 minutes, then add vegetable oil and mix.
- Oil the frying pan a little, pour the batter with a ladle a little at a time, spreading a thin layer evenly over the surface.
- Fry the pancakes until browned on both sides.
