Ingredients:

Dough:

  • Flour - 310 g
  • Dry yeast - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 60 g
  • Milk - 70 ml
  • Butter - 70 g
  • Eggs - 2 pcs

The filling:

  • Cottage cheese - 250 g
  • Eggs - 1 pc
  • Sour cream - 3 tbsp.
  • Flour - 1 tbsp. 

1 yolk + 1 tbsp. l. milk

Method of preparation:

1. Add yeast, and 1 tsp sugar to warm milk and stir to dissolve the yeast. Leave for a few minutes.

2. Pour flour and sugar into a bowl and mix. Add the liquid ingredients. Knead the dough. Knead for 15 minutes. Cover the bowl with foil or a towel and leave in a warm place for 1.5 hours.

3. For the filling, beat all the ingredients in a blender.

4. When the dough is ready, divide it into equal parts.

5. Form balls and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment and greased with oil. Cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.

6. Use a glass to make indentations in the dough balls.

7. Put the filling in.

8. Grease the cheesecakes with egg yolk and milk. Leave for another 10 minutes.

9. Bake at 190 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes.

  • Oat flour - 1 tbsp.
