Vanilla panna cotta with strawberry filling: a recipe for a delicate mousse dessert
It's not customary to talk about panna cotta for a long time – you should just stock up on the necessary ingredients and start cooking. The only thing you need to know is that this is an extremely delicate mousse and airy dessert that falls in love from the first bite. Combined with the panna cotta filling, it creates an explosion of flavors. It will also fit perfectly on your holiday table.

Ingredients:
For the panna cotta:
- cream – 500 ml
- sugar – 50 g
- vanilla sugar – 1 p
- gelatin – 23 g
- water – 100 ml
For the confit:
- frozen strawberries – 400 g
- sugar – 100-120 g
- gelatin – 15 g
- water – 90 ml
How to make panna cotta:
1. Put the cream and sugar on low heat and bring to a boil.
2. Remove from heat and add gelatin soaked in water.
3. Let the mass cool to room temperature.
Method of making confiture:
1. Add sugar to the thawed strawberries. Beat with a blender.
2. Put on the fire and wait until the sugar dissolves.
3. Add gelatin soaked in water to the hot strawberry mass. Stir until smooth. Let the mass cool to room temperature.
Form the dessert:
1. Pour a thin layer of panna cotta into one large bowl or small molds. Let the mass thicken.
2. Pour a thin layer of strawberry filling. Let it thicken. Repeat until you run out of ingredients.
