Ingredients:
- fish vertebrae and heads
- carrot
- onion
- salt, pepper (peas)
- tomatoes in their own juice
- coconut milk
- tom yum paste
- salmon fillet
- shrimp
- rice noodles
Ingredients for serving:
- wakame seaweed
- eryngii mushrooms
- lime
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the broth for 30-40 minutes.
2. Add the fried carrots and onions.
3. Strain through a sieve.
4. Next, add all other ingredients: tomatoes, coconut milk, tom yum paste (to taste).
5. Add the chopped fish and shrimp 5 minutes before switching off.
6. Boil the rice noodles and fry the eryngii mushrooms separately, cut the lime, and garnish the soup.
