Useful protein salad that can be eaten at night: cooked in 7 minutes
The ideal dinner dish is a light salad or protein products such as fillet, eggs, legumes. All these products can be easily combined in one salad, but it is better not to use mayonnaise.
The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a very tasty, healthy protein salad made of eggs, filo and pineapple.
Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet - 250 g
- Hard cheese - 80 g
- Canned pineapples - 120 g
- Sour cream 10% - 3 tbsp. l.
- Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.
- Salt, pepper, lemon juice, garlic, herbs - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Bake or boil meat and cut into plates. Boil and chop eggs, grate cheese.
2. For the sauce: mix sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper and lemon juice.
3- Place the meat, chopped pineapple and eggs in a bowl, add grated cheese, dress the salad with the dressing, mix and you can eat.
