Useful pollock and corn salad: unusual recipe for a dinner dish
If you want to prepare a delicious, light and satisfying dinner dish very quickly, vegetables and fish are the best option. These two foods go well together. They can be used to make a light salad with a delicious sauce.
Culinary expert Yevhen Klopotenko shared a recipe for a very easy-to-prepare salad of pollock fillet, corn and homemade mayonnaise on his website.
Ingredients:
- pollock fillet - 500 g
- canned corn - 200 g
- cucumbers - 2 pcs.
- lime - 1 pc.
- ground coriander - 1/4 tsp.
- homemade mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Defrost the fillet, then cut it into strips and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment.
2. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake at 180°C.
3. Wash the cucumbers and cut them into quarters. Then cut them into equal pieces.
4. Drain the corn and put it in a bowl. Add the cucumbers and baked fish.
5. Grate the lime and squeeze the juice. Add everything to the salad.
6. Sprinkle with coriander, salt and pepper.
7. Add homemade mayonnaise and mix.
