How to make healthy dried fruit balls.

The main ingredients:

  • dried apricots - 400 g
  • almonds - 80 g
  • coconut flakes - 60 g
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • agave syrup - 1 tsp
  • coconut oil - 1 tsp.
Preparing the base.

Ingredients for the crumble:

  • coconut flakes
  • flour
  • cocoa nibs
  • nut crumbs
  • crushed banana chips
  • chia seeds
Chia seeds is a healthy ingredient for a low-calorie dessert.

Method of preparation:

1. Pour boiling water over the dried apricots.

2. Leave for 15 minutes and then drain all excess liquid.

3. Beat the dried apricots in a blender, add the chopped almonds and other ingredients, and beat well again.
