Ingredients:

  • chicken liver - 500 g
  • onion - 150 g

  • thyme - a few sprigs

  • ghee - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Wash and peel the liver.

4. Add the onion and fry over low heat, stirring constantly and simmering until the onion is transparent.
