Useful chicken liver pate for children: a simple recipe

Ingredients:
- chicken liver - 500 g
- onion - 150 g
- carrots - 150 g
- celery stalk - 50 g
- capers - 1 tbsp.
- fillet - 4 pcs.
- sage - a few leaves
- thyme - a few sprigs
- salt and pepper - to taste
- olive oil - 1 tbsp.
- ghee - 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and peel the liver.
2. Peel and chop the onion, carrot and celery into medium-sized pieces.
3. Take a frying pan with a thick bottom, add olive oil and ghee.
4. Add the onion and fry over low heat, stirring constantly and simmering until the onion is transparent.
5. Then add the carrots and celery and simmer for another 10 minutes.
6. Next, add the liver and stir.
7. Then add the capers, chopped anchovies, thyme and sage.
8. Simmer everything together, stirring constantly to evaporate the liquid.
9. Add a little pepper and salt to the dish and stir.
10. Next, chop everything with a knife, but you can also put it in a blender and beat until smooth.
11. Put the prepared pate into sterilized glass jars, cool and refrigerate.
Pate will be delicious with crackers, fresh bread, and vegetables, and it can also be a great filling for pancakes and pita bread.
