Broccoli is one of the tastiest and healthiest vegetables that experts recommend eating for everyone because it is a source of vitamins K and C, as well as folic acid, carotenoids, potassium, and fiber. It is worth noting that it can be used to prepare many tasty and healthy dishes, such as salads, casseroles, and even cutlets.
On Instagram, cook Kateryna shared a recipe for delicious broccoli and salmon cutlets that even children will eat.
Ingredients:
- broccoli - 150 g
- salmon - 150 g
- onion - 50 g
- egg - 1 pc.
- flour - 2 tbsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the broccoli and onion in a blender.
2. Add the chopped salmon, egg, salt, pepper, and flour and mix well.
3. Form cutlets with your hands.
4. Fry them in a preheated frying pan under a lid on both sides.
5. Put the cutlets on a napkin to remove excess fat.
