Eggs can be used to make many tasty and satisfying dishes, from scrambled eggs and omelets to casseroles and poached eggs. It's worth noting that the healthiest eggs are boiled eggs when the yolk remains liquid during cooking.

The nutritionist shared a recipe for a delicious and easy-to-prepare omelet with asparagus on Telegram.

Ingredients:

  • asparagus - a bunch
  • 3 eggs
  • 50 ml of milk
  • salt
  • butter
  • olive oil

Method of preparation:

1. Melt butter in olive oil.

2. Cut asparagus into 2-3 cm slices and fry.

3. Beat eggs with milk and pour over asparagus. Gently mix everything with a spatula, cover and cook for 7-10 minutes over medium heat.
