Useful and quick cabbage salad in a new way: what to add for a spicy flavor
Vegetable salads are the best dish for a light and healthy lunch or even dinner. Experts recommend that you always cook them with seasonal products because they are the healthiest and have the most vitamins. Closer to the fall, these are beets, cabbage, pumpkin, carrots, cauliflower, potatoes, broccoli, and herbs. They can be used to make everything from salads and soups to pies and baked vegetables both on the grill and in the oven.

Ingredients:
- cabbage - 100 g
- carrots - 100 g
- tomatoes - 1 pc.
- grain mustard - 1 tbsp.
- olive oil - 1-2 tsp.
- salt - to taste
- balsamic sauce - to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Slice the cabbage thinly.
2. Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
3. Chop the tomatoes.
4. Put the chopped ingredients in a bowl, add mustard, olive oil, salt, balsamic sauce and mix well.
Serve the salad right away before it releases juice!
