Unusual omelet with noodles for a hearty breakfast
Breakfast is the main meal that, according to experts, should not be neglected by anyone in order not to eat too much in the evening. Nutritionists advise eating hearty, tasty, quick-to-cook food for breakfast, such as omelets, sandwiches, cheesecakes, casseroles, poached eggs, as well as cereals and salmon.
Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared a recipe for quick 10-minute noodles with an omelet, which will be very satisfying and tasty, on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- noodles - 200 g (durum wheat)
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- green onions - 1 bunch
- raw sesame seeds - 2 tbsp.
- soy sauce - 2 tbsp.
- balsamic or wine vinegar - 1 tsp.
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp.
- dark sesame oil - 1 tsp.
- salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
1.Cook the noodles in plenty of salted water according to the instructions on the package.
2. Drain in a colander, rinse with cold water and let the noodles dry.
3. Beat the eggs with 2 tbsp of room temperature water, soy sauce and wine vinegar.
4. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and pour in the egg mixture. Fry until the omelet is fully set.
5. Put the cooked omelet on a board to cool and cut into three parts, and then into strips.
6. Chop the green onions very thinly.
7. Heat oil in a frying pan, add all the onions, sesame seeds, and salt and fry for a minute.
8. Put the noodles and omelet in a pan, season with pepper, sprinkle with sesame oil, heat for 1-2 minutes, sprinkle with the remaining sesame seeds and serve hot immediately.
