Many people's favorite cookies come from childhood – they are oatmeal cookies, moderately sweet, with a pleasant bitterness and a pronounced oatmeal flavor. Probably, almost everyone has had the idea to make them at home, because there is no better and safer food than homemade.
Nutritionist Svitlana Fus shared on her Instagram page a recipe for not just delicious oatmeal cookies, but the right ones, which will not do any harm and extra pounds.
Ingredients:
- Hercules flakes - 3-4 tbsp.
- sugar - 1/2 cup
- chopped walnuts - 1/4 cup
- grated chocolate - 1/3 cup
- baking powder or soda - 10 g
- salt - a pinch
- oil - 2 tbsp.
- vanilla - 10 g
- butter - 10 g
Method of preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, baking powder, salt, and sugar and mix everything thoroughly.
- Take another bowl, and whisk the butter, vanilla, and low-fat milk in it until smooth.
- Combine the mixture with the contents of the first bowl, mix well, and add the chopped nuts, banana, and chocolate.
- It is better to cover the baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with butter. With wet hands, form large balls and put them in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees.
