- white semi-sweet wine - 225 ml
- lemon - 2 slices
- apples - 2 slices
- a mix of spices for mulled wine
- apple juice - 175 ml
- honey - 20 g
Cooking method:
1. Heat the juice, wine, honey, spices, and fruit. Do not boil.
2. Strain to remove any unpleasant spice sediment.
3. Pour into a glass.
4. Garnish with apple and lemon.
