- Chicken fillet – 250 g
- Cottage cheese – 75 g
- Medium carrots – 1 pc
- Onion – 1 pc
- Garlic – 3 cloves
- Walnuts – 30 g
- Butter – 5 g
- Spices as desired, coriander, nutmeg, salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the fillet with carrots and spices.
2. Cut the finished meat and put it in a blender.
3. Fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan until golden brown and transfer to a blender.
4. Add the cheese, nuts, and spices, and mix until smooth.
5. Put the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate.
