Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet – 250 g
  • Cottage cheese – 75 g
  • Medium carrots – 1 pc
  • Onion – 1 pc
  • Garlic – 3 cloves
  • Walnuts – 30 g
  • Butter – 5 g
  • Spices as desired, coriander, nutmeg, salt, pepper – to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the fillet with carrots and spices.

2. Cut the finished meat and put it in a blender.

3. Fry the onion and garlic in a frying pan until golden brown and transfer to a blender.

4. Add the cheese, nuts, and spices, and mix until smooth.

5. Put the mixture in a bowl and refrigerate.

This pate is very tasty, flavorful, and tender.
