The cook shared on Instagram a recipe for a delicious appetizer of crab sticks with hard cheese, onions and boiled eggs.

Ingredients:
- crab sticks - 15 pcs.
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- hard cheese or melted cheese - 160 g
- mayonnaise for the filling - 3-4 tbsp (to taste)
- dill - a small bunch
- green onions - 3 pcs. (small bunch)
- garlic - 3 cloves.
For decorations:
- hard cheese and egg yolk.
Method of preparation:
1. For the filling: grate the hard cheese, boiled eggs, finely chopped dill, and onion, put in a bowl. Add salt, grated garlic, and mayonnaise, and mix.

2. Unfold the crab sticks, spread them with the filling, and roll them up.

3️. Make a "house" of crab sticks, grease each layer with mayonnaise, and garnish with grated cheese and egg yolk.
