Ingredients for the dough
- flour - 200 g
- powdered sugar - 100 g
- cocoa - 40 g
- salt - a pinch
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- butter - 80 grams
- egg - 1 pc
Ingredients for the ganache
- 33% cream - 40 ml
- dark chocolate - 40-50 g
- butter - 10-15 g
Additional ingredients
- egg candies or M&Ms
Method of preparation
1. Mix flour with powdered sugar, salt, baking powder and cocoa.
2. Add butter, mix with your hands and then add egg. Knead the dough.
3. Divide into small pieces (so that 1 piece fits into the garlic press) and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
4. Take out and pass several pieces through the garlic press (about 3 pieces for each cookie). It is better to squeeze the dough directly onto a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. Use a teaspoon to form a 'well' for the ganache.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
7. Prepare the ganache by simply mixing all the ingredients in a water bath.
8. When the cookies have cooled, spread the ganache and decorate with chocolate eggs or M&Ms.
