Universal tartar sauce for fish: the ingredients just need to be whipped

To make your favorite fish dishes juicy and savory, they should be served with a sauce. In this case, tartare is perfect. It is based on a delicious homemade mayonnaise, to which you need to add just a few simple but very spicy ingredients.

The idea of making a versatile tartar sauce for fish was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Yevheniia Karpiuk.

Prepare homemade mayonnaise from the following ingredients:

  • milk – 50 ml
  • vegetable oil – 100 ml
  • juice of half a lemon
  • salt – 1/2 tsp
  • sugar – 1 tsp
  • pepper, mustard, garlic (optional)

Cooking method:

1. Whip everything at once with an immersion blender. The mass becomes thick in just a few seconds.

To make a tartar add:

  • pickled cucumber – 1 pc
  • dill
  • boiled egg yolk

Cooking method:

1. After adding the listed ingredients, beat the mass well with a blender again.
