Universal Raffaello cream: a great addition to any pastry
This versatile cream is perfect for any cake, cupcakes, or croissants. It can be eaten simply with a bun or biscuit and tea – it's unbelievably delicious. It is a great alternative to various multi-component fillings and other creams that everyone is so used to. The sweet coconut flavor and delicate texture will go well with any dough.

Ingredients:
- coconut flakes - 70 g
- condensed milk - 400 g
- butter - 200 g
- white chocolate - 200 g
Method of preparation:
1. Melt the butter together with the chocolate. This should be done over low heat, stirring constantly so that the mass does not burn.
2. Add condensed milk, and mix well.
3. Then add the coconut flakes to the cream and mix well again.
4. Transfer to a glass jar and refrigerate for at least 3-4 hours, but preferably overnight.
5. If the cream is prepared for a cake or pastries, you can use it immediately and then leave the finished products to soak.
