Universal marinade for fish and seafood: how to prepare it correctly

Ingredients

- basil
- sun-dried tomatoes
Method of preparation
1. Mix oil, chili pepper, basil and sun-dried tomatoes in a separate container. Cover and leave overnight or even longer.
2. Clean the fish and remove the insides.
3. Wipe the fish with a paper towel, make cross-shaped cuts on both sides, and rub it with salt. Then coat it with spicy oil and herbs and put it in the refrigerator to marinate for 2-3 hours.
4. Grill on both sides until cooked. Or bake in the oven.
5. If you are cooking seafood, wash it and dry it with a paper towel. Add salt, and brush with spicy oil and herbs. Leave in the marinade for 15-20 minutes.
6. Soak the skewers in water overnight to prevent them from burning during cooking.
7. Cook on wooden skewers for a few minutes on each side.
