Option 1
Ingredients:
- Pork tenderloin - 500 g
- Soy sauce - 4 tbsp.
- Honey - 3 tbsp.
- Seasoning for pork or barbecue - 1 tsp.
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp.
- Mushrooms
- Cucumbers
- Red onions
- Tomatoes
Method of preparation:
1. For the marinade, mix soy sauce and honey.
2. Add seasoning and olive oil.
3. Cut the pork into 2-centimeter-thick slices.
4. Dip the meat in the marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
5. Grill on both sides for 2-3 minutes.
Best served with fresh vegetables.

Ingredients:
- Pork tenderloin
- Red onion
- Mustard
- Flour
- Cream
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in butter until soft.
2. Add a little mustard and flour.
3. Stirring quickly, pour in the cream.
4. Fry the tenderloin.
5. Pour out the sauce and simmer for a few more minutes under the lid.
