Universal loose dough for dumplings: how to cook
This dough is not only very fluffy and airy, but also versatile. It can be used to make dumplings. The products won't boil over or stick together in the pan.

Ingredients:
- flour - 3 cups
- oil - 3 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
- boiling water - 1 cup
Method of preparation:
1. Add salt and oil to the sifted flour.
2. Pour boiling water over it.
3. Stir with a spoon.
4. Then put it on the surface and knead a soft dough. Do not add any additional flour or water.
5. Put the dough in the dish.
6. Cover with a towel and let stand for 5 minutes.
7. Roll out the dough, cut out circles with a glass, mash it a little and put the filling.
8. Pinch and cook in salted boiling water for 3-5 minutes.
9. Flavor with bacon or butter, depending on the filling.
