In order to make a refreshing green sauce, you will need regular greens. You can combine a lot of parsley, dill and basil in between. It's quite budget-friendly, simple and delicious.
The idea of preparing a universal green sauce to any dish is published on the Instagram page of the cook Olga Riabenko (olga riabenko). Oil should be used exactly fragrant.
Ingredients:
- greens (parsley, dill, basil) - 300 g, or other according to your taste
- garlic - 25 g
- olives - 150 g
- salt - 1 tsp.
- sugar - 1 tsp.
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
- lemon zest - 1/3 part
- fragrant oil (you can with herbs) - 150 ml. and 1 tbsp. pour on top of it
Method of preparation:
1. Place all the herbs, garlic, and olives in a blender.
2. Pour in salt and sugar.
3. Pour in lemon juice and add zest.
4. Pour in the fragrant oil.
5. It's all good to shoot down.
6. Transfer to sterilized jars.
7. Add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil on top.
8. Such sauce can also be poured into molds and frozen, stored in the freezer.
