Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- salt
- 3 cups of flour
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1 cup of boiling water
Method of preparation:
1. To the egg, add salt and vegetable oil and beat with a fork.
2. Then sift 3 cups of flour, make a well and pour in the beaten egg.
3. Stir thoroughly and add 1 cup boiling water.
4. Stir with a spoon.
5. Then knead with your hands (add a little flour if necessary).
Ingredients for stuffing:
- 500 g minced meat
- onion
- water - 70 ml
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- chop onion.
Method of preparation of stuffing:
1. Add salt, onion and water to the minced meat.
2. Mix everything well.
