  • milk - 500 ml
  • sugar - 100 g
  • vanilla sugar - 1 pack
  • egg yolk - 3 pcs
  • corn starch - 40 g
  • flour - 20 gr
  • chilled butter - 70 g

Method of preparation

1. Mix the yolks with a whisk, add sugar and mix again.

2. Add sifted flour and starch. While mixing, add 50-60 ml of milk from the total amount. Mix everything thoroughly.

3. Heat the milk, but do not let it boil. Heat to about 80 degrees.

4. Add to the egg mass in three portions, stirring with a whisk. Put the mass into a pan with a thick bottom.

5. Cook the cream over minimal heat until it becomes thick and viscous.

6. During the cooking process, stir the cream constantly with a whisk. Then pour the cream into a separate container and cover with cling film. Let it cool at room temperature.
