Universal chocolate sponge cake that always rises: what to make the dough from
This chocolate sponge cake goes well with any cream. The famous "Prague" cake is especially delicious. The dough is well baked, becoming fluffy and tender. In addition, the pastry is quite budget-friendly, because it is based on regular cocoa.

Ingredients:
- chicken eggs – 5 pcs
- sugar – 150 g
- wheat flour – 80 g
- cocoa powder – 50 g
- corn starch – 30 g
Method of preparation:
1. Sift wheat flour into a bowl, and add starch and cocoa powder.
2. Mix everything well.
3. Break eggs into a separate cup and add sugar.
4. Beat everything until smooth with a mixer.
5. Beat until a dense, thick foam.
6. Add the dry mixture in three or four steps and gently knead the dough.
7. Cover the bottom of the split mold with parchment paper.
8. Pour the dough and put it in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees.
10. Bake for 50 minutes.
11. Cool the finished sponge cake completely and then remove it from the mold.
12. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours.
