Ingredients

  • jelly of different colors - 3 packages
  • cottage cheese - 500 g
  • water - 750 ml

Method of preparation

1. Pour jelly in hot water (for each jelly, add 250 ml of water) in different glasses, stir until dissolved, and let cool.

2. Add cottage cheese to each chilled jelly.

3. Beat with a blender until smooth and pour into a bowl one by one. You can use a large container and then cut the jelly into portions. Or you can immediately pour it in portions.

4. After each layer, put it in the fridge to cool down and only then start whipping and pouring the next layer.
