Ingredients:
- Onions – 80 g
- Garlic – 10 g
- Celery – 50 g
- Carrots – 100 g
- Chicken breast – 300 g
- Chicken egg – 1 pc
- Curry – to taste
Method of preparation:
1. Wash and grate the carrots, then put them in a blender.
2. Peel the onion, cut it into two halves, and add it to the dish, add the garlic and celery, and whisk everything.
3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl.
4. Put the meat in a blender and grind.
5. Transfer the minced meat to the vegetables, add the egg, spices, and mix.
5. Form the patties with your hands and fry them over low heat under a lid in a dry non-stick frying pan.
6. Remove the lid at the end, and turn up the heat to brown the cutlets.
