  • phyllo dough - 1 p
  • butter - 1/2 p
  • eggs - 3 pcs.
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp
  • milk - 1.5 cups
  • salt - a pinch
  • powdered sugar and vanilla - for serving

Method of preparation:

1. Defrost the dough, put it on one sheet, and brush with melted butter.

2. Gather the dough in the form of folds, then twist it into "roses". Put into a baking dish covered with parchment.

3. Put in a preheated 180-degree oven for 20-25 minutes.

4. Meanwhile, prepare the filling. To do this, beat eggs, salt, sugar, and vanilla sugar.

5. Pour the mixture over the dough and bake for another 15-20 minutes.

6. Sprinkle the hot cake with powdered sugar and vanilla.
