  • turkey fillet - 2 pcs.
  • zucchini - 2 pcs.
  • mushrooms - 8-10 pcs.
  • cherry tomatoes - 7-9 pcs.
  • sun-dried tomatoes - 7-9 pcs.
  • cream - 70-80 ml
  • cream cheese - 20 g
  • olive oil - 20-40 ml
  • salt, pepper, paprika - to taste
  • cilantro or parsley - 10-20 g
  • garlic - 1 clove - optional

Method of preparation:

  1. Cut the turkey fillet into large cubes, and season well with salt, pepper, and paprika. Fry in a well-heated frying pan with olive oil until golden brown.
  2. Chop the cherry tomatoes, zucchini, and mushrooms and add them to the meat.
  3. Chop the tomatoes and add them to the pan. Mix everything well and pour cream, reduce heat, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. At the end, add cream cheese, chopped herbs, and, if desired, garlic for flavor.
