Turkey boiled pork: can be cooked both on holidays and every day
Turkey pork is a very tasty and juicy dish that can be cooked every day or served at a festive table. The taste and aroma of this dish will not leave anyone indifferent.
Food blogger Lisa Glinska shared her recipe for turkey pork pie. On Instagram, she suggested cooking pork using only the simplest spices.
Ingredients:
- Turkey fillet – 1 kg
- Water – 1 liter
- Salt – 2 tbsp with a slide
- Oil with herbs – 1 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Dissolve the salt in water at room temperature. Put the turkey fillet in it and refrigerate for 10-12 hours.
2. Remove the fillet, dry it with a paper towel, coat it with aromatic oil, and wrap it in parchment.
3. Bake in a preheated 250-degree oven for 25 minutes.
4. Turn off the oven, leaving the turkey in the middle, until it cools completely.
