Tuna, eggs and onion filling pie: it's easy to make
Homemade filling pies can be made with various fillings, ranging from salty ones – meat, fish, cabbage, vegetables, eggs, tuna, onions, mushrooms – to sweet ones – berries, fruits, nuts, cheese, dried apricots.
The cook shared a recipe on Instagram for a delicious filling pie with onions, boiled eggs, and tuna.
Ingredients:
For the dough:
- flour - 135 g
- eggs - 3 pcs.
- kefir - 375 ml
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- salt and pepper - to taste (1 tsp)
For the filling:
- boiled eggs - 4 pcs.
- canned tuna in its own juice - 1 can
- green onions - to taste
- flax
Method of preparation:
1. Mix eggs, kefir, flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth. The dough should not be thick.
2. Finely chop the boiled eggs, and mix the onion with the tuna.
3. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in half the batter. Then spread the filling and cover it with the remaining dough.
4. Sprinkle with flax and put in a preheated 180-degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
