Tuna and chicken sandwich – a perfect option for a quick snack

Although summer is over, the weather conditions still allow you to gather with friends for a picnic. A quick bite to eat would be the best solution instead of a long sit-down. And what could be better and more convenient than a sandwich?

Tuna and tomato sandwich
Ingredients:
- Canned tuna - 600 g
- Baguette - 1 pc
- Tomatoes - 5 pcs.
- Cottage cheese - 300 g
- Olives - 100 g
- Basil - 1 bunch
- Capers - 1 tbsp.
- Olive oil - 8 tbsp.
- Lemon juice - 2 tbsp.
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Mix olive oil with salt, pepper, and lemon salt.
- Cut the baguette into thin slices and spread each of them with olive oil and then cheese.
- Cut the tomatoes and olives into cubes or slices.
- Layer tomatoes, capers, olives, and then tuna and basil on half of the baguette pieces in an even layer.
- Cover the sandwich with the second piece of baguette.
English sandwich with cucumber
Ingredients:
- Soft butter - 2 tbsp.
- Salad cucumber - 2 pcs
- Cream cheese - 2 tbsp.
- Ciabatta - 6 sk
- Mint - 1 sprig
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash the mint, dry, and chop.
- Mix cottage cheese, butter, and mint. Spread the mixture on portions of ciabatta.
- Cut the cucumbers into thin slices and place them on half of the bread slices.
- Season with salt and cover with the second piece of bread.
Sandwich with chicken and radish
Ingredients:
- Rye bread - 8 slices
- Chicken fillet - 8 slices
- Radish - 4-6 pieces
- Chinese salad - 8 leaves
- Cream cheese - 120 g
- Greens - to taste
- Salt, pepper - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Boil or fry the sliced fillet. Season with salt and pepper.
- Chop the greens and mix them with the cheese.
- Cut the radish into slices.
- Spread half of the bread slices with the cheese mixture, and put the leaves, fillet, and radish on top. Cover with the second piece of bread.
