Tubes with condensed milk: how to prepare if you don't have a waffle maker
Condensed milk tubes are a dessert that everyone loves. The taste of this dish is well known since childhood. Mothers and grandmothers used to cook them on a day off to please their families. You can still buy them in the store at an affordable price.
However, a food blogger with the nickname anny cooking told us how to make condensed milk tubes if you don't have a waffle maker on Instagram. It turns out that you can do it with a frying pan.
Ingredients for 12-14 tubes
- eggs - 3 pcs
- sugar - 120 gr
- melted butter - 120 gr
- flour - 150 g
- salt - ½ tsp
- vanilla
- boiled condensed milk - 370 g
Method of preparation
1. Beat eggs with sugar with a mixer for 10 minutes or until lightened and increased in volume.
2. Add salt, melted butter, flour and vanilla. Mix at low speed.
3. Spoon the batter on a preheated frying pan and spread it with a spatula. Fry for 2-3 minutes on both sides until golden brown. 1 tbsp of batter equals 1 waffle.
4. Immediately transfer the waffles to a wire rack and roll them into tubes.
5. Grease the chilled tubes with condensed milk and add nuts if desired.
