It is quite possible to cook tasty and juicy meat even with just a few ingredients. You just need to choose the right spices and cooking method. For example, baked meat with onions. This dish is suitable for both festive and everyday meals.

Food blogger Yulia (juli_co.ok) shared a recipe for juicy baked pork with onions on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • pork - 0, 6 kg
  • garlic - 3 cloves
  • onion - 3 pieces
  • butter - 50 g
  • soy sauce - 3 tbsp
  • apple cider vinegar - 1.5 tsp.
  • seasonings/salt/pepper/dry garlic/dry mustard

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the garlic in half.

2. Cut the onion into half rings. Put in a baking dish.

3. Sprinkle the onions with salt, sugar, pepper. Drizzle with vinegar. Mash the onion with your hands to release the juice. Leave for a while.

4. Make cuts in the meat and put garlic pieces in them.

5. Sprinkle the meat with salt, pepper, sugar, mustard and garlic. Rub with your hands on both sides.

6. Put the meat on the onion. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

7. Mix soy sauce with vinegar. Pour over the meat.

8. Cut the butter into pieces and put in the mold randomly.

9. Cover the mold with foil. Bake for 40-60 minutes.
