But there is also a recipe for the lazy, which does not require eggs and many different processes.

Ingredients:
- mascarpone cheese - 250 g
- cream 36% - 250 ml
- Savoyardi biscuits - 35 pcs.
- black coffee
- condensed milk
Method of preparation:
1. Whip the cream with a mixer until thick.

2. Combine them with mascarpone and condensed milk until creamy.
3. Prepare the coffee soak: pour boiling water (100 ml) over coffee (1 tsp).

4. Dip the biscuits in the coffee and put them in the mold, brushing each layer with cream.
