One of the main features of a delicious aspic is a clear broth. And, at the same time, it is rich and satisfying. Therefore, it is very important to choose the right meat so that it is moderately fatty and juicy. In this case, chicken drumsticks are perfect.

1. Put chicken drumsticks and onions and carrots in a casserole dish.

2. Cover with cold water.

3. Put it on the stove.

4. Pour the gelatin with water and leave to swell.

5. Remove the foam and fat from the broth.

6. Add the peppercorns, bay leaves, and salt.

7. Cook the broth for 4 hours.

8. Remove all the meat and vegetables from it.

9. Squeeze the garlic.

10. Melt gelatin over low heat, pour into the broth.

11. Strain the liquid through a sieve.

12. Divide the meat into fibers and place it immediately in the container where the aspic will be frozen.

13. Arrange the sliced carrot slices.

14. Add the herbs.

15. All pour the broth.

16. Set aside to harden.
