  • milk - 0.25 l
  • flour - 100 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • salt - a pinch
  • jam, condensed milk, or sour cream – for serving

For the filling:

  • poppy seeds - 75 g
  • sugar - 30 g
  • butter - 15 g
  • vanillin - 1/4 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Pancake dough: mix milk with egg, add sugar, salt and oil, whisk well.
  2. Sift the flour and add it to the egg mixture, mix until it becomes liquid sour cream.
  3. Heat a frying pan and fry the pancakes.
  4. Filling: grind the poppy seeds together with sugar, you can do it in a coffee grinder.
  5. Melt the butter, add the poppy seed mixture and mix.
  6. Spread the pancakes with the prepared filling in a thin layer, and roll them up.

Serve with sour cream and condensed milk.

Ingredients:

  • flour - 250 g
  • milk - 150 ml
  • sugar - 75 g
  • chicken egg - 2 pcs.
  • natural yogurt - 50 g
  • butter - 35 g
  • baking soda - 2 g
  • poppy seeds - 150 g
  • corn starch - 10 g
  • vanilla extract - 3 ml
  • salt - a pinch

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat eggs with sugar, add yogurt, a pinch of salt, melted butter, and mix.
  2. Sift the flour, add the baking soda, and add to the egg mixture, mix everything and knead the dough.
  3. Put it on the table, knead it well, and put it in the refrigerator.
  4. Filling: pre-soak the poppy seeds, wash them well, then pass them through a meat grinder or blender.
  5. Mix the poppy mixture with milk, sugar, and starch.
  6. Cook this mixture over low heat until it thickens – about 40-45 minutes.
  7. Add vanilla extract at the end, stir, and cool.
  8. Roll out the prepared dough, spread it with the paste, roll it into a neat roll, and place it on a baking sheet.
  9. Put it in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 C.

Ingredients:

  • cucumbers - 2 pcs.
  • tomato - 1 pc.
  • bell pepper - 1 pc.
  • cilantro - 30 g
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • poppy seeds - 1 tbsp.
  • oil - 1-2 tbsp. 
  • wine vinegar - 1 tbsp.
  • sugar - 1 tsp.
  • parsley - 30 g
  • salt - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash all the vegetables, and cut them as you wish.
  2. Wash and chop the cilantro and parsley.
  3. Cut the onion into small cubes.
  4. Dressing: mix oil with wine vinegar, add salt, sugar, and poppy seeds, and mix thoroughly.
  5. In a large bowl, toss all the vegetables, pour over the dressing, stir and serve.
