1. Spicy chicken wings in spicy soy marinade

Ingredients:

  • chicken wings - 1 kg
  • soy sauce - 300 ml
  • sugar - 3 tsp
  • ground red pepper - 0.5 tsp.

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the wings well, be sure to cut off the last phalanx and discard.
  2. Mix sugar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl and add soy sauce, stir, and bring to a boil, boil for another 5 minutes and stir. Leave the hot marinade to cool.
  3. Then pour it over the wings and leave them to marinate for 2-4 hours.
  4. When the time is up, put them on the grill and fry until cooked – about 8-10 minutes on both sides.

2. Crucian carp with fennel

Ingredients:

  • crucian carp - 2-3 pcs.
  • fennel - 1 bunch
  • bread crusts - 1-2 pcs.
  • garlic - 3 cloves.
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash the fennel well and put it in a blender, add the garlic and bread crusts, and whisk until smooth.
  2. Gut the fish well, clean, and rub with salt, pepper a little, and stuff with fennel, leave to marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. Afterwards, put the fish on the grill and grill until cooked, be sure to turn it over.

3. Grilled vegetables with mozzarella

Ingredients:

  • bell pepper - 2 pcs.
  • zucchini - 1 pc.
  • eggplant - 1 pc.
  • onion - 2 pcs.
  • asparagus - 300 g
  • asparagus beans - 300 g
  • corn - 3-4 pcs.
  • mushrooms - 10 pcs.
  • tomatoes - 2-3 pcs.
  • artichoke - 1 pc.
  • olive oil - 2-4 tbsp.
  • lemon juice - to taste
  • salt, pepper - to taste
  • mozzarella - 200 g
  • goat cheese - 200 g - optional

Method of preparation:

  1. Wash all the vegetables, remove the seeds from the pepper, cut them into large pieces, cut off the rough parts from the asparagus, and peel the artichoke – remove the stalks and top leaves, and cut it in half.
  2. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into slices.
  3. Cut the eggplant, zucchini, and tomatoes into medium slices.
  4. Put all the vegetables in a large bowl, add olive oil, lemon juice, pepper, and salt, mix, and immediately put them on the grill, grill until tender.

It is best to serve the vegetables immediately – hot, add 2 types of cheese, and enjoy a delicious and healthy dish.
