1. Grape liqueur
Ingredients:
- Grapes - 2 kg
- Sugar - 700 g
- Water - 1 liter
Method of preparation:
- Wash the grapes well, and peel off the twigs and leaves.
- Wash the container in advance, put the grapes in it, cover it with sugar, cover it with a rubber glove, and put it in a dark place for a month.
- After the time has elapsed, remove the glove, strain the liquor through cheesecloth, and pour it into glass bottles.
- Refrigerate, but you can also store it in a dark, cool place.
2. Apple liqueur
Ingredients:
- apples - 2.5-3 kg
- sugar - 2 kg
- water - 3 liters
- vodka - 1.5 liters
Method of preparation:
- Wash the apples well, peel and core them, and cut them into medium slices.
- Prepare a bottle or large jar in advance – wash well with baking soda and pour boiling water over it.
- Fill the bottle or jar with apples, add water and vodka. Be sure to cover the jar with cheesecloth and put it in a warm place for 2 weeks, preferably where the sun is shining.
- After the time has elapsed, strain the liquid through cheesecloth and add sugar to it, mix, and leave it for two days.
- After that, put it in the refrigerator for 10 days.
- Then strain it again and pour it into glass bottles, leaving them in the refrigerator for 1 month.
3. Plum tincture
Ingredients:
- plums - 1 kg
- vodka - 0.5 liters
- sugar - 300 g
Method of preparation:
- Wash the plums, separate them from the pit, and cut them into small cubes.
- Put them in a jar, pour vodka so that it completely covers the plums, be sure to close the jar with a lid and transfer to a dark place for 1 month.
- After a month, strain the liqueur and refrigerate it.
- Do not throw away the remaining plums, put them in a jar, cover them with sugar, cover the jar again, and put it in a cool dark place for a week to make syrup.
- Then add the resulting syrup to the tincture, pour into glass bottles, and refrigerate for 2 weeks.
