Ingredients:
- Large tomatoes - 1 pc.
Sauce:
- Basil 1 sprig
- Anchovies in oil 3 pcs
- Capers 3-4 pcs
- Lemon zest
- Red onion 1/2 pc
- Lemon juice 1 tsp
- Tobasco a few drops
- Olive oil 4 tbsp
Additional ingredients:
- Ricotta (feta cheese) 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the tomatoes into thin slices, put them on a plate greased with olive oil.
2. Chop all the ingredients for the sauce.
3. Put the tomatoes on the dish, pour the sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese!
