Tiramisu without raw eggs: how to make a new dessert

Tiramisu is a dessert that does not require baking. Therefore, the eggs used to make the cream remain raw. If for some reason you cannot eat the product in this form, there is a great alternative. In the following version, you don't need to add eggs.

The idea of making tiramisu dessert without eggs was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Kateryna Kudlyak (recepty_przepisy).

Ingredients:

  • Savoyardi biscuits - 300 g
  • large glass of steamed coffee with sugar - 1

Ingredients for the cream:

  • mascarpone - 250 g
  • cream 33-36% - 500 g
  • Powdered sugar - 50-60 g, or 50-60 g of raw condensed milk

Additional ingredients:

  • raspberries - 300-400 g
  • cocoa

Method of preparation:

1. Ingredients for the cream: combine mascarpone, cream, powdered sugar in a bowl.

2. The cheese and cream should be well chilled.

3. Beat into a stable cream.

4. To assemble: put a row of savoyardi biscuits, pre-soaked in coffee, on the bottom of a deep baking sheet.

6. Then cream, raspberries, cream, cookies, cream.

7. Use a pastry bag to decorate the top and sprinkle with cocoa, garnish with raspberries.

8. Cover and refrigerate for several hours, preferably overnight.
