Ingredients:
- cream - 300 ml (33 % fat)
- mascarpone - 200 g
- savoiardi biscuits - 200 g
- coffee - 150 ml.
- rum or brandy, if desired - 40 ml.
- coconut flakes for decoration
Method of preparation:
Beat cream with mascarpone.

1. Beat cream with a mixer until it thickens.
3. Add mascarpone.
Dip cookies in coffee.

4. Combine coffee with rum.
