Marinating meat for barbecue quickly is not only possible but also very easy. Because you can find almost all the products for a quick marinade in the fridge.
The FoodOboz editorial team has prepared 3 recipes for express marinades for meat, each of which can be varied by adding your favorite seasonings or spices to your taste.
Kiwi marinade
Ingredients:
- pork – 2 kg
- kiwi – 1-2 pcs
- onion, salt, pepper – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Cut the meat across the grain into 3x5 cm cubes.
- Cut the onion into rings.
- Add salt, ground black pepper, and grated kiwi to taste.
- Put the meat in a large bowl and pour the marinade over it, let it stand for about 20-30 minutes.
Cherry juice and red wine
Ingredients:
- Cherry juice – 200 ml
- Red wine, dry – 100 ml
- Pork – 3 kg
- Paprika – 1-2 tbsp
- Salt, spices – to taste
Method of preparation:
- Cut the meat, put it in a saucepan, sprinkle with paprika.
- Leave the meat for 20 minutes. Then add 200 ml of cherry juice and 100 ml of wine.
- Mix everything thoroughly and leave to marinate for 90 minutes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
Kefir marinade for kebabs
Ingredients:
- Pork (neck) – 1 kg
- Onions – 2 pcs
- Kefir – 1 glass
- Green onions – 1 bunch
- Parsley – 1 bunch
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Ground black pepper – 0.5-1 tsp
Method of preparation:
- Rinse the meat thoroughly and cut into medium pieces.
- Cut the washed onion into rings.
- Finely chop green onions and parsley.
- Season with spices, salt to taste, and herbs and onions.
- Pour kefir over the mixture and wait 50 minutes.
