Three-ingredient homemade crème brulee ice cream: the easiest recipe
The most delicious, cooling summer dessert is ice cream, which is best made at home from natural products. You can easily make it with a minimum amount of ingredients and even without sugar.
Cook Anna shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious homemade crème brulee ice cream, based on cream and condensed milk.
Ingredients:
- cream 33% – 500 ml
- boiled condensed milk – 200 g
- milk – 50 ml
- wafer cakes – 2 pcs
Method of preparation :
1. Cover the sides of the split mold with parchment, and put one waffle cake on the bottom of the mold.
2. Whip the very cold cream until stiff peaks form, add the condensed milk, and beat until smooth, add the milk and beat again until smooth.
3. Pour the creamy mixture over the waffle layer and cover with another layer.
4. Put the ice cream in the freezer for 2-3 hours.
5. Remove the mold and parchment from the finished ice cream and cut into pieces.
