Three-ingredient homemade condensed milk: no comparison with store-bought
There is probably no better dessert than condensed milk. It's so delicious that you can eat it with pancakes, pancakes, pancakes, ice cream, and even without anything. And even better, you can make this delicious treat at home with just three ingredients.

Ingredients for 0.5 liters of ready-made condensed milk:
- sugar – 0.5 l
- milk –1 liter
- soda
How to cook condensed milk correctly

The method of preparation:
1. Pour sugar into a saucepan.
2. Pour in the milk. Put on the fire and bring to a boil, stirring.

3. Add the baking soda on the tip of a knife and mix thoroughly. The mass will foam.
4. Reduce the heat and leave the mixture to simmer for about 1 hour.

5. Stir in the condensed milk and continue cooking until the mass turns brown. In total, the whole process takes about 3.5 hours.
A few tips:
- The higher the fat content of the milk, the better. You need milk with at least 2% fat.
