Croissants are the perfect addition to tea or coffee for breakfast. And if you don't have time to make homemade dough, you can use ready-made puff pastry as the basis for the dessert. In any case, the croissants turn out to be extremely fluffy, airy, and porous. The main thing is that the delicacy is made from just three ingredients.
The recipe for puff pastry croissants was shared by food blogger Maryna Isaitseva (chef_ismara) on her Instagram page.
Ingredients:
- puff pastry – 500 g
- chocolate – 8 cubes
- egg – 1 pc
Method of preparation:
1. Roll out the puff pastry and cut into medium-sized triangles.
2. Make a small cut on the side, put a chocolate cube, and form a croissant.
3. Beat the egg and brush the croissants before baking.
4. Bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes.
